Pickup & returns

Orders placed on www.forcincyforclub.com can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of receiving your order to the TQL Stadium Team Store:

Online orders are not processed on weekends or after 5pm on weekdays, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. 

Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.

Orders can be picked up from the TQL Stadium Team Store, access to the store can be found off of Wade St in the NE corner of the stadium. Parking is available on site. Hours of operation and further information can be found here.
